We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and delete links for violations.

2. User Content and Responsibilities

Any URLs you shorten or content you associate with links (e.g., descriptions) is "User Content." You retain ownership but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it to provide the Service.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights, and complies with these Terms and all laws.

We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, safety, or legality of any User Content or linked websites. Use at your own risk.

3. Our Content and Intellectual Property

All rights in the Site and Service, including software, designs, and Content (excluding User Content), are owned by Shortest.cc or our licensors. 10. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is invalid, the rest remain enforceable. No waiver of rights. We may assign these Terms; you may not.
